Hurricane Sandy 2012

Hey there friends and neighbors! Mother Nature has her period today didn't you know?  

What with all the crazy weather going on in the world these past few days, how are are we all supposed to function?  Barometric pressures rising and falling, rain rain and maybe a little snow (not for Toronto yet! Snow Watch 2012 is not officially on!), and now the crazy ass wind that is coming our way.  It's enough to make you want to put on your best hurricane gear and hide under the bed.

I of course, wouldn't want to be caught in a hurricane without my Sunday best.  So I woke up this morning with the forecast of a hurricane on my mind and put on my windy shirt:

Right? No kind of weather will fuck with me now! I have the power of Indigo Roth on my side! Well, my torso really.  But I will be protected!

I am thinking of everyone in the U.S today who have been dealing with and are bracing for Hurricane Sandy (that bitch), as well as everyone on the West Coast who had to deal with an earthquake and tsunami warning this weekend (I'm thinking of you too Hawaii!).  

She is heading our way tonight and if you can look between all the fear mongering and facts, we do have a pretty unusual storm coming our way.  The winds and rain are going to be big.  REAL BIG.

Think of me as I am walking home from work tonight, and know that I am thinking of all of you.  Here's to continued power and minimal to no damage.
